Never before I have bought trash as this vacum cleaner, Bissell multi-cyclonic the first vacum cleaner we bought in Costco and it didnt work at once at all. The second vacum cleaner Bissell we bought in Best Buy with the guarantee on one year, in two months something burned inside and we waited three weeks just so the repair people could change it with a new one. The new vacum cleaner Bissell worked two months and it broke again! I am supposed to bring it into the guarantee center again, but I am not even sure they will get us a new one, because they said their guarantee works only one time. I am not recommending to anyonre to get this vacum cleaner-it costs a lot, but this is definitely trash
