One of the key features to look for on a carpet cleaner is whether the suction still leaves wetness on the carpets. The 9300P really is a great product becausee it actively heats the water, holds two separate tanks and the suction is powerful enough to get rid of the soapy wetness left on the carpets. The carpet, through normal wear and tear, gets loose fibers and the Bissell ProHeat picks them up with ease, the dirty water and more. I think this product is a great carpet cleaner and at a great price.
