The Sears 45L, 5 hp wet/dry vac was a major disappointment. The motor burned out early and trying to locate a replacement was near impossible. It’s a shame that the entire vac has to be discarded (environmental impact?) because of a small part that can’t be found or is prohibitively expensive. The motor itself is very small. Another example of a throw-away society. Shame on you Sears!!
