Though it won’t replace your upright vacuum cleaner, this stick vacuum can replace your old stick vacuum you use to vacuum your kitchen. There were not many reviews on using it as “hand vac” so we can’t conclude on that fact. But it gets good reviews as a stick vacuum.
Value: Based on 50+ reviews of the vacuum from most said the vacuum’s value exceeds the price of the vacuum cleaner ($25 at amazon). But for only $25, if it breaks, leaks you can’t expect anything less than just throwing it away.
Performance: The performance on tile, hardwood or bare floors is commendable. But the performance on carpet is abysmal, it consistently fails at picking up hair. Overall it should be used on small floor-areas, where high suction isn’t really necessary.
