I bought a Eureka Optima and right off one of the wheels fell off, Just resently the circle handle broke off. Eureka replaced the base but say it has been to long and want over 25 dollars for a new handle. It is just not a good design and I will throw the thing away and replace it with something better. I don’t know how Good house keeping could have endorsed it. I was fooled but will
tell anyone that they don’t make a product that is worth it.
