The Hoover U5269-900 EmPower is a bagless upright vacuum which received mediocre reviews across the board.

Features: It’s a 22-pound vacuum which made users gripe. However, it has a folding down handle which makes storage simple and convient. The HEPA Filter which is included, is a pain and poorly designed according to users. It comes with a 1-year warranty, and a 31-foot elecrtical cord. It comes with four different cleaning tools/attachments.
Performance: Reviews from all users says this vacuum clogs too easily. Its suction was a cause for a debate amoung reviewers, half liked the suction and the other half think its suction was poor.
Value: For nearly $95 ( Amazon Pricing) it doesn’t provide much value. The top ratings (4 or 5 star ratings) that users gave, revealed they bought it at the discount price of $70.
Conclusion: Stay away. Okay, really this vacuum doesn’t offer much from a standpoint of cost and benefits. There are far better performing machines for less. (Check out best upright vacuum cleaners for recommenedations).
