Are there service (not user) manuals available for the hoover upright? My problem is the wheel that applies pressure to the power belt to engage the roller brush is not working. The switch on the front of the unit (Hard – Carpet) is broken and does not move the wheel into position. I need to see an exploded view of the unit to understand how to take it apart.
