Vac is lightweight but OK. My biggest gripe is that I bought it for it's ability to clean hard floors (tile) However, the exhaust exit is just above the suction foot and has more than a tendency to blow dust bunnies, etc. out ahead of the Vac head. So have to chase after then and do different tricks to suck up the dust. At Christmas it blows decorative snow off all the end tables, etc. when the vac handle is in the 45 degree angle. Never gave this issue a thought when buying the unit... but will really check that out on my next purchase.

I have a Shark Navigator that worked for a few months before stop working. I called to the customer service, spend one hour and 20 minutes, spoke with four representatives about the problem. After repeating about the same questions, I was told to be transferred to an expert for the problem, then the same thing was repeated. After four same games, I was told to be transferred to another one to handle this problem. Unfortunately I have experienced enough to know this game, and told the person what was going to happen. The representitive changed the response slightly and said that the (computer) application was not working so nothing can be done. I was advised to call the same number again (just to repeat the same game again).
